Personal Development via the Outdoors
The primary objective of the course is to provide students with an opportunity to develop as individuals. They grow in confidence in achieving tasks and in working with others whilst at the same time developing a range of skills which include:
- Communications
- Problem solving
- Creativity
- Objective Setting
- Decision making
- Managing Change and Stress
Exercises and Team Tasks include countryside walks, night navigation,canoeing, surfing, raft building, cooking and an optional overnight camp.
Duration – 2 – 5 days or a series of 1 day non residential programmes.
